Volunteer Application

All statements made on this application are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. You have my permission to verify this information and contact references. I grant permission for Dodge Nature Center to take photographs and videotapes of me during volunteer activities and for their use in Dodge Nature Center promotions and presentations. New volunteers must complete an application form, and have a one-on-one interview with the Volunteer Coordinator or a volunteer supervisor before being considered an active Dodge Nature Center volunteer.
