Providing exceptional experiences in nature
through environmental education.
The Thomas Irvine Dodge Nature Center is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1967 by Olivia Irvine Dodge. A pioneer in environmental education, Dodge was one of the first nature centers in the state of Minnesota. For over 50 years, Dodge has developed an expansive environmental education curriculum that has been taught to hundreds of thousands of school children in surrounding communities. Through programs and events for all ages, Dodge nourishes the need for nature for over 59,000 people annually. Dodge has 4 metro nature destinations located in West St. Paul, Cottage Grove, and Mendota Heights with 460+ acres of natural habitat and trails.
